A Mass Production Building System
In 2020, we started raising money from investors to build a new type of house factory, and we did just that. Between 2020 and today, Factory Building-1, Factory Building-2, and now Factory Building-3 are in operation. Since then, we have shipped hundreds of houses and have $15 million in additional capital improvements being installed.
We have over 600 houses produced to date, and now we want to take things to the next level by building a “BOXZILLA Factory," aiming to be the world's largest and most advanced housing factory.
What We Do
BOXABL is a new way to build housing faster and at a lower cost to help solve the housing crisis.
Our first product, the Casita, is a 19' x 19' pre-fab studio apartment that unfolds from a shipping container size.
We solved major limitations of in-the-field housing construction by creating a design that is fully finished in the factory, including kitchen, bathroom, electric, HVAC, and everything else—with the ability to be installed in a customer’s backyard in less than a day.
