A Mass Production Building System

In 2020, we started raising money from investors to build a new type of house factory, and we did just that. Between 2020 and today, Factory Building-1, Factory Building-2, and now Factory Building-3 are in operation. Since then, we have shipped hundreds of houses and have $15 million in additional capital improvements being installed.

We have over 600 houses produced to date, and now we want to take things to the next level by building a “BOXZILLA Factory," aiming to be the world's largest 
and most advanced housing factory.

What We Do

BOXABL is a new way to build housing faster and at a lower cost to help solve the housing crisis.

Our first product, the Casita, is a 19' x 19' pre-fab studio apartment that unfolds from a shipping container size.

We solved major limitations of in-the-field housing construction by creating a design that is fully finished in the factory, including kitchen, bathroom, electric, HVAC, and everything else—with the ability to  be installed in a customer’s backyard in less than a day.

Almost all of the Casita's finishes—such as the kitchen, bathroom, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC—are completed in the factory before it's shipped out. So when the Casita arrives at its final destination, the home just needs to be unfolded (which takes a few hours) and then attached to its foundation and utilities before it's move-in ready.
